Here is some basic information about our office appointment policies.

  1. The Annual Physical Exam appointment includes paperwork for you to complete (some of which is required by your health insurance). Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out the information in the office; or for established patients you can print and complete the forms in advance: click here.
  2. If you are running late for your appointment, please call to let us know. We will always make every effort to accommodate you on the day of your appointment, however knowing about your delay will help us work with other scheduled patients to minimize their wait times.
  3. Telemedicine appointments are available. Please note the following limitations:
    – State laws do not allow doctors offer telemedicine to patients physically located in another state. Please only schedule a telemedicine appointment for when you are physically in Massachusetts.
    – Some health concerns are not well sited for telemedicine appointments; when this occurs, we will ask you to schedule an in-office appointment.
  4. Please understand that your appointment is reserved for you; if you cannot keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to another patient. We charge a fee for no-shows and reserve the right to charge for repeat cancellations less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. (You may request a list of these fees by using our contact form or calling the office.)
